Ingredients:
Banana - 1 piece
Berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) - 200 g
Yogurt - 200 ml
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
Put the banana in a blender.
Add berries and yogurt.
Add the honey.
Turn on the blender and whisk everything until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into glasses or goblets to serve. Garnish with fresh berry slices or fruit slices.
